Summing up the results of recent years

Milanstroy LLC has successfully completed and handed over the following projects:

1. In the South-East Administrative District the construction of an 18-storey apartment building was carried out, which at the stage of completion was redesigned by the Client and included in the program of renovation of the housing stock of Moscow. In the framework of this program the object was implemented and commissioned without violating any deadlines. The project was highly appreciated by officials.
2. The works on construction of a big residential complex in New Moscow were performed and commissioned. The area of the residential complex was more than 230,000 sq.m.
3. The building and assembly works of the street and road network for the transport service of the development area of Likhachev Plant Open Joint Stock Company in Moscow, the street and road network for the territory of prospective development, as well as the improved landscaping were performed and commissioned ahead of time. The customer of these works was the SCU "UDMS". The total area of improvement amounted to 160 494,87 sq.m.
4. The cultural and educational center in the Moscow region was built
5. A preschool educational institution for 215 children has been built on the territory of New Moscow with the territory improvement.
6. In the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow the building of the Preschool Educational Centre for 350 children with 14 groups and consisting of four isolated blocks was realized.
7. In the territory of the Moscow region a preschool establishment for 250 children with a swimming pool and landscaped area was constructed for children aged from 2 to 7.
8. A comprehensive school for 550 children was built in Khimki, Moscow Region.
9. A comprehensive school for 550 children with utilities, landscaping and development was built in the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
10.  In the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow a comprehensive school for 550 pupils with the laying of engineering communications and landscaping was built.
